This is my first time writing online so bare with me. The idea is to share and explain something that will provide the reader with improvement in some area of their life even if it’s just 1%.

Just requires the application of knowledge! Ok lets start.

Idea

The quality of your life is strongly dependant on the questions you ask yourself.

Explanation

A common theme of feeling upset or down is that we ask ourselves poor questions. An example of this is ‘Why did this happen to me?’, by doing this we focus our mind on the negative aspects of the current situation. The issue is that by focusing on the negative we make it difficult for our brains to come up with any positive answer. In short, negative questions bring negative answers.

Action

By asking ourselves questions which are positioned in a more positive light we can then help ourselves to see things better, which could result in some form of positive change. Asking ‘What can I learn from this?’ is a good place to start.

Any improvement is still an improvement, even if ‘it’s just 1%’.
